A couple of weeks ago a cousin of mine asked for some ideas for her sons birthday party in January. She wants to have an Xbox theme party, because her boys happen to LOVE their Xbox (my husband as well, grrr). So I came up with a couple of options for her to decide on and I thought I would share them here. Any feedback would be great!

I thought of that but that's all I had to fill them at the time, lol! I also thought of maybe candy....kids LOVE candy! Thanks for the feedback! I really do appreciate it.
What about personalizing everything by getting a likeness of the birthday boy's Xbox avatar on some of the decorations? (This would be great for favor toppers!) It should be pretty easy for his mom to get to the avatar by quickly logging in as him. I'm not exactly sure how easily it could be replicated, but it would definitely add a special touch!

LOl! I am not game savvy either..but I do think what you have so far is very cute..love the colors..I agree with Eschelle about the flowers..I think candy would look GREAT or what about using a square box and maybe incorporating some of his fave games on each side of the box..have balloons coming our of it?? Hope this makes sense..also what about a control mini cake (just for him) since you will have cupcakes for everyone else..hope this helps!
Agreed about the candy - Maybe some green and gray M&M's. And how about green frosting on the cupcakes?

What about a gaming station - where the kids can have a tournament of sorts?

@Sandy- I agree with the cupcake color! I just used these to put the toppers on something, they're not the way they will actually look. The gaming station is a great idea! I will have to suggest that to the mama! Thank you!
