Grand Opening & Giveaway!!!!

Happy Monday everyone!! I'm so excited that today is finally the day I get to reveal a little something I've been working on. After so many request for the products I've made for my own parties, I've decided to jump into the Etsy shop scene! (pause for applause) I will be offering some of my handmade goods and maybe a few printables as well. A few items from the Glitzy Bookworm party and Nate's Lil Monsters bash, will also be available. I'm really excited about this shop because it's giving me a chance to do what I really love and that's create party decor. My love for the paper goods started with printable packages, back when I was searching ideas for my sons first birthday party. I didn't have any clue on how to create those things, so being able to buy them and do what I wanted with them was so exciting. My love for paper crafting just kept growing and it's really my favorite aspect to putting together a party.
I have to thank my awesome friend Claudia of Tini Posh. She's been my little teacher through this whole process, always so willing to help me when I'm clueless. She encouraged me to open this shop months ago (I lagged it!) and has been my biggest supporter. Thank you so much amiga! :) And to the one that kicks my booty into gear and gave me a big ol' shove forward, DeAnna of Pink Laundry Events, you're the BEST! Thank you!!
I can't forget my go to graphic chick, Michele of Intrigue Design Studio. As always, she did a FAB job on my Etsy banner. It's remarkable what this girl can do! Thank you Michele!

Toys R' Us: The Great Big Christmas Book

Well it's that time of year, where we have to start planning for Christmas. The year seriously flew by! If you're a frequent Toys R Us shopper, you probably recieve their annual "The Great Big Christmas Book". I usually always sit down at my dining table with a marker and look through it, circling the items I think my kids will like. Also in preparation of our Black Friday shopping tradition. My sister, cousins and I have been Black Friday shopping for years now and we have no intentions of stopping (ya hear that hubby!) hehe. We stand in long lines and make it to Toys R Us for their midnight opening. Our lists are usually made before then but we check the BF ads the night before to make any adjustments. Yes, we take this VERY seriously! :) My sister has been known to make spreadsheets. Heh! Anyways, I thought I would share some of the items that are on my list this year. Happy Shopping everyone!
