For Mother's Day this year, hubby decided to finally shut me up (hehe) and take me shopping to the Camarillo Outlets. So with my sister and best friends, the Molina's, we headed there for a day of shopping....for ME! First stop was the Le Creuset store, where I FINALLY bought my very first enameled cast iron French oven (or Dutch oven). I have been wanting this pot for so long and I kept holding out, until I got it. I debated about settling for another brand and something cheaper, but the reputation of Le Creuset was just not debatable. Their french ovens are known to last a lifetime. So I was so excited to see the 5.5 QT Round oven for a discounted outlet price AND also recieve an additional 25% off! Happy Mother's Day to ME!!!
