Party Planning: Carnival Funnel Cake

My favorite thing about carnivals, are the funnel cakes. Basically a fried doughnut, covered with sugar...sounds like heaven! Well, on a trip to a local cooking supply store, I found this awesome funnel cake kit. I had been thinking of a way to have funnel cakes, for Nate's party but I wasn't sure how hard they were to make. If this kit, makes it as easy as it claims to, I will definitely be adding this to the many treats that will be served at Nate's party. So for desert tonight, funnel cakes! Wish me luck!
